Charter

We have four well-equipped yachts available for both bareboat or skippered charter.

The West Coast of Scotland has to be one of the most beautiful and exhilarating places to sail.
Whether it is to complete a tour of the Hebridean Islands or to explore the sheltered anchorages, Lochaber Watersports has a suitable yacht for you

From our base in Ballachulish - just 90 minutes from Glasgow and 30 minutes from Fort William or Oban - you can easily cruise through Loch Linnhe towards Mull, The Hebrides or Islay and Jura.

Tobermory - or Balamory to many! - on Mull is a great destination, a vibrant town with famous painted houses, a convenient small marina and some fine dining and bars. Other destinations include Coll, Muck and Eigg or for those with more time there is Castlebay on Barra or any number of quiet
anchorages in the Outer Hebrides.
Wherever you choose to sail, you can be sure of a warm welcome and some fantastic scenery. In this part of Scotland, the mountains quite literally touch the sea.
But don't expect crowds… well not of people or other charterers, anyhow. Give yourself time to slow down and admire the view or to let a passing school of dolphins play under your bows while you put the kettle on again.

All our yachts are coded for Category 2 or Category 3 to comply with current MCA and RYA requirements

And remember Fancy an eight berth boat? Well, why not take two of our yachts?

That way you save money, get the joy of cruising in company and can get into those secluded anchorages.
